Harry Atwater Speaks at KPCC's Public Radio Event

On Tuesday, March 10th, Professor Atwater spoke at the Crawford Family Forum event, "NEXT: Solar Power – Energy of the Future?" with host, Mat Kaplan.

Dr. Atwater served on a panel of solar energy experts alongside Paul BasoreDirector of the Materials Applications and Performance Center at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and J.R. DeShazo, Director of the Luskin Center for Innovation at the UCLA. At the event, the panelists addressed the issues of the widespread adoption of renewable energy and spoke candidly about the challenges facing their work, as well as their expectations of the future.
