Dr. Phil Jahelka

Phil Jahelka graduated from Reed College with a BA in Physics in 2014, where he wrote his thesis on the validity of the envelope function and effective mass approximations under Darrell Schroeter. Phil joined the Applied Physics option at Caltech in 2014 researched III-V nanowire on Si tandem solar cells. He earned his PhD in 2022.
