Rachel Tham graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, studying Materials Science and Engineering. In 2020 she was a WAVE student, working on implementing TMDCs in luminescent solar concentrators, and is mentored by David Needell. She joins the group as a graduate student in Fall 2021.
